Strategic Team Objectives
Endeavor to build the next generation of cloud services geared toward a simple, transactional and frictionless consumption experience. The Senior Product Manager will lead cross:functional teams through ideation, strategic planning, business case development, product requirements, pricing strategies, and overall lifecycle management support. The Senior Product Manager ensures SaaS and Application Service offerings stay current with customer needs, technology advancements, and competitive differentiation. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with development teams from product initiation to delivery and eventual product retirement. The Senior Product Manager will work with marketing teams to formulate Go To Market product programs to drive sales, develop service descriptions, whitepapers, customer training content and pricing schedules.


Job Description
This individual will lead and drive with a passion the company SaaS and Application Services needed by customers to achieve strategic growth objectives. This position works closely with thought leaders and technical management to execute product development and management priorities that align with overall project cloud solutions strategy.


Position Objectives:
. Overall product line management responsibility for the SaaS and Application Services portfolio
. Manage the success of assigned products and develop requirements for future product releases
. Ensure products are financially viable and understand the financial impact of product changes
. Develop product positioning strategies and align with superior SaaS service experience
. Support prioritization of requirements across product line(s) that exhibit close cohesions with customer experience
. Provide strategic leadership and tactical delivery on projects while collaborating with IT, engineering, sales, support, operations, and customers
. Ability to manage multiple products simultaneously
. Able to matrix manage teams/personnel who do not directly report to product team
. Contributes to or leads cross:functional project initiatives as needed
. Research competitors products, assesses competitive advantages and determine what product features and functionality will be built or modified
. Leads product planning and feature design to ensure the product is meaningful for target market
. Provide input to business development team on strategic service supplier negotiation, terms, and product enhancement requirements
. Understand and ensure goals are met within the product organization
. Independently resolve issues and assist team with overcoming obstacles
